This notice explains how GCSE Giant Ltd handles visits to this website and emails about science tuition or printed resources. The website enquiry form, customer registration and checkout are not open.

Email enquiries

When you email us, we use your address, the information you choose to send and our replies to answer your question and follow up about the tuition or resource you asked about. You do not have to email us, but we need a way to reply if you want a response. Please do not include a child's name, school or sensitive details in an initial enquiry. We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing list.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries people choose to send us. We limit the use to that purpose and do not make automated decisions about you.

Website access and providers

Render hosts this website in Frankfurt, Germany and handles technical connection information needed to deliver and protect it. Microsoft 365 handles emails sent to hello@gcsegiant.com, an alias that arrives in our business mailbox. Authorised GCSE Giant staff and these service providers may access information where needed to operate the services. The email is not stored in our website enquiry-form database while that form is closed.

Our Microsoft 365 tenant's Data location card, checked on 1 October 2026, lists the United Kingdom as both the current and committed geography for Exchange Online data at rest. This does not mean every related processing or support activity takes place only in the United Kingdom.

These providers may process information through their international operations and subprocessors under their applicable data-processing terms and transfer safeguards. How long we keep information

We review routine enquiry conversations monthly and aim to delete closed conversations within 12 months of the last substantive reply. We may keep a conversation longer if a booking, order, safeguarding matter, dispute or legal obligation requires it; we assess those cases separately. Microsoft mailbox recovery settings or legal holds may affect when deleted copies cease to be available. Technical website information is kept only as needed to operate and protect the service, subject to the hosting provider's logging arrangements.

Your rights

You may ask to access or correct your information, request its deletion or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@gcsegiant.com so we can consider your request. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
